Everywhere Virtually

I spent a very nice week in Linz which is located in upper Austria. I stayed with my girlfriends family and they were very generous, friendly and immense fun to be around.

Linz was my hub for a week and myself and M travelled outwards to the Austrian lakes in the west and the Czech Republik in the north before returning back to base in the south of the City.

The weather was great and the sights and facilities of Linz were superb. Even after three days of riding I soon discovered that it wasn’t long before I looked very weather beaten and dusty. With the modern fabrics that wick sweat away I also discovered that they begin to smell just as fast and I opted for good old cotton T-shirts for the rest of my trip. I was very fortunate to have access to a washing machine so that I didn’t hum and looked presentable at all times! I have to thank M and her mum for that!
