It tried all day but this part of Manchester / Cheshire is just too low. We are only a few metres above sea level so I can’t remember a winter that came anywhere close to those of the 70′s or 80′s.

I must make a mental note to myself next time it snows: Don’t leave the muffs pointing at the sky with the fur out!
